Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and cool bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find great local spots. I'll be back for Christmas!

the staff is super friendly and helpful, always there when you need them. rooms feel quite dated and could use a refresh.

We had fun exploring the nearby beach, perfect for our family, including my two grown kids.

My wife says that they need more family-friendly activities.

Electricity issues forced us to move to a distant hotel. Very disappointing experience.

So we booked a Twin Room, but ended up getting moved on arrival because of some electricity issue. Total bummer! The new spot was far away, and the hotel just felt sketchy. Parking was full the next day, and it seemed like they might've oversold the rooms. Honestly, couldn't tell if my room even existed when I got there. Crazy disappointing.

The breakfast was just very nice with so many options even fresh waffles wow they really know how to do it right. The place was the cleanest hotel I've seen in South America I mean honestly it was like home.
